Today's topic as the title itself represents is about "Health". Everyone might have heard this famous proverb "Good health is above wealth". Health has a direct connection over our mind as well. When we keep ourself healthy our mind will also work very effectively. Body and soul both are connected together. If a person only focuses more on mind activity and forgets to maintain his body it will cause serious problems at a very early age and will be trapped to many diseases both physically and mentally.
To keep ourself fit and healthy one must follow a proper diet plan, some workouts everyday and to avoid certain unnecessary pills or any meditation which may cause harm to our physical body.
The basic rule while eating as researchers suggest is to take healthy breakfast which contains more carbohydrates, proteins and one must take breakfast heavy. Then after a gap of an hour or two one must energize themselves by eating fruits specially Apple or Banana everyday to avoid getting tired while work. Lunch can be a moderate one with healthy food specially filled with veggies and spinach. Dinner must be taken very lightly as its been said in a famous proverb “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.” is an old saying in many countries." This is one way of preparing ourself physically.
Its better to balance ourself mentally too. One must not consider oneself lazy and must not show laziness while at work or for anything. One must keep our mind as well as physically active. The more we keep ourself busy at work and keep ourself active, the mind and bodily energy process will run smoothly. The moment when we start thinking to feel lazy over something the whole process will stop and our mind divert into something else which will take lot of time to trigger the process again. To overcome this part of laziness one must keep a fixed sleeping hours and to have a balanced sleeping time to avoid health issues. Doctors recommend an adult must sleep for an average of 6 hours a day.
