How to analyse our inner potential?

Hello Readers!! What is an inner potential? Everybody knows the fact every human beings are born unique and have their own unique characteristics. Everyone is born with an inner talent and has got their own potential. Many of us fails to analyse the skills which we have and fails to achieve big in our life. Skills has direct connection to showcase and improvise our inner potential.

It is evident that people who are born before 1980's or mid 1980's have been trained in such a way that they can survive for the industrial era. Its sad to see that the current generation children are still being trained during their early days of schooling till they finish their collegiate in the same manner where they have to mug up the contents and vomit it in papers during examinations. Very few organisations have stepped up and analysed after years of research that students must be taught to develop their skills to survive for the fittest and not to become slaves in this competitive world.

Now where are we leading?? Industrialization era have been revolutionized to new inventions where people don't manufacture new products instead they modify the same by adding new features according to their needs. We are living in an automated world where even a cup of tea is served by robots. Very soon people will hire robots to do work instead of humans where the humans have to just monitor and control them to get it done. One such live example can be taken as Elon Musk's Tesla car where he uses automated robots to manufacture it. In such situations one should know to analyse their skills and focus on the same path to improvise it based on the present scenario. For example: If a person gets a job which he doesn't wanted to but for the survival he has to do that job currently. No matter what he feels inside and thinks that this particular job is not what he dreamt for. This particular job is not what is required to analyse his skills but he/she has not option left to earn money.. No issues.. One must stick to that job and try to focus more to improvise skills on that or wait for the right time to find something which relates to his passion. One must prepare himself/herself always to find every opportunity to improvise the set of skills through continuous learning.

"Its better to grow our self with what we have than to wait for what we don't have currently"
